Heather Stringer, LMHC, is therapist, artist, ritual maker and one of our wonderful retreat speakers. She guides people through rituals marking trauma, birth, loss and everything in between. She is a fellow at the Allender Center facilitating groups through their trauma and abuse and has a private practice in Queen Anne. When she's not in the thick of trauma and marking life, you'll find her throwing dance parties in her living room with her 2 kids Amos and Iona (and if she's persuasive enough, her husband too).
Join us on March 9th as Heather guides us through a session on the importance of rituals in reorienting ourselves and allowing our loss and grief to be sacred and known by our community. Together during this session we will not only learn about rituals, but create a meaningful one together.
